How does all of this work? How can I get an estimate?
We will be more than happy to go out and measure your project and provide a basic estimate. IF you have your square feet or dimensions you can provide, we can quickly provide an estimate based on color and material you are looking for.
Are you insured?
Yes we are insured.
Do you offer a warranty? And if so what does it cover?
We have a 5 year warranty on joint repair and leveling, 1 year warranty on sink re-attachment.
We will not cover any damages that may happen to tops such as chips, cracks, stains after customer’s approval.
What is your turn around time? And how long does the install usually take?
Our turnaround time is 3-5 Business days from day of template to install. An install can take as little as 1-2 hours to 4-8 hours depending on size of project
Do you sell remnants or have a showroom where we can look at material?
Yes we have several remnants at our location and 2908 Hickory St, Dallas, TX 75226. If you would like to see different color options we have several vendors we can direct you to
What kind of edge is included?
We will provide standard edges for free; Upgraded edges and custom edges prices vary
Do you re-connect plumbing?
We will NOT re-connect any plumbing that include faucets, gas lines, drains, etc… Ones we attach sinks or sit cooktops in place, we recommend hiring a licensed plumber for re-connection.
